How many people are in each cohort?
Each cohort is capped at 10 to 12 leaders. This is a deliberate choice β small enough for genuine depth and real relationship, large enough for meaningful group dynamics and peer learning.
What is the time commitment per week?
Expect one live group session per week, running approximately 90 minutes. Between sessions, participants apply the tools and frameworks in real time β the work happens in your life, not just on calls.
Is this delivered live or pre-recorded?
All sessions are live and virtual. This is an immersive experience β Rudi is present, the group is present, and the work happens in real time. Recordings are provided for enrolled participants who miss a session.
How is this different from other leadership programs?
