Certainty Is The Enemy Of Transformation
Jul 28, 2025Whenever I speak—whether it’s to a room of five or five thousand—I begin with a question:
“By a show of hands, how many of you have a dream, goal, or desire for your life or business that you haven’t yet achieved?”
Every. Single. Hand. Goes. Up.
Then I ask:
“Keep your hand raised if you’ve had that dream for more than a year.”
All the hands stay up.
“More than five years?”
Over 95% of the room is still holding their hands high.
Let that sink in. The majority of people have been carrying the same dream for five years or more, and still haven’t brought it to life.
So the real question becomes: Why?
Through my work, I’ve discovered a common thread. People aren’t lazy. They’re not incapable. They’re just waiting…
Waiting for certainty. Waiting for the perfect moment. Waiting to feel ready.
Waiting for a guarantee that the steps they take will work.
But here’s the truth:
Certainty is the enemy of transformation.
You don’t get the guarantee before the leap—you get the miracle after the movement.
I remember when I was growing my coaching business, I hit a point where I knew I needed help. I was juggling too much—managing the backend, producing my podcast, showing up on social media. I told myself I’d wait until I hit a certain income level before I hired support.
The truth? That level never came…
Until I stopped waiting.
I took the leap. I hired a team—before I felt ready, before it made perfect financial sense, before there was any guarantee.
And that leap changed everything.
My business grew. My impact expanded. And my belief in myself deepened.
It was as if the Universe had been holding its breath, waiting to see: Do you believe you're worthy of what you're asking for?
When I said yes with action—not just intention—the path opened.
I call this moment placing your stake in the sand.
It’s your energetic declaration that you are ready, worthy, and walking in alignment with your future.
This week, I challenged my In•Powered Life Community to move.
Not someday. Not when the timing is right.
Today.
One micro action a day.
Send the email. Make the ask. Launch the idea. Start the thing.
The compound effect of consistent action is what creates miracles.
The big breakthroughs are always preceded by a thousand small decisions to keep going.
So here’s your challenge:
What’s one thing you can do today that your future self will thank you for?
Not the whole plan. Just one aligned action.
Then repeat tomorrow. And the next day. Stack the momentum, and you will be shocked how fast the tide turns.
If you’ve been holding your dream for years…
If you’ve been waiting for the certainty to come…
This is your sign: Stop waiting. Start moving.
You are worthy of what you seek.
You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to be in motion.
And when your miracle arrives?
Please email me—I want to celebrate every moment of your becoming.
With love, light, and unshakable belief in you,
Rudi
