I’ve had the privilege of watching Anniston grow into the powerful woman she is today.

When we met, she was kind, soft, generous, and deeply thoughtful. She is still all of those things—and so much more.

The “more” is that she has become fiercely devoted to other people’s growth. She’s courageous in the way you have to be when you decide to stand for someone else’s vision. I don’t share this publicly often, but I have an intuitive gift of sight.

When I first met Anniston, fifteen years ago, I knew instantly she was here to create profound change and positive impact. The soft-spoken, agreeable young woman in front of me carried a force that hadn’t fully stepped forward yet.

I am very much married now to the commanding, grounded leader I always saw in her—the one she hadn’t fully seen in herself back then. And it is one of my greatest honors to witness her share this work with the women who are ready for it.
